What we charge

Example: $100 sale
- Buyer pays: $100 + ~$3.30 Stripe fee = $103.30
- Seller receives: $92.00 (after our 8% commission)
- Gig Harbor Sales keeps: $8.00 (funds moderation, support, the lights)
How we compare: OfferUp 12.9%, Mercari 10%, eBay 13.25%. We're cheaper because we're hyperlocal — we don't have to fund nationwide infrastructure.
Payouts
After a buyer confirms pickup, you have a 48-hour buyer-protection window. Then we pay you out within 2 business days via your selected method:
- Zelle (instant, free, recommended)
- Venmo (instant, free)
- Paper check (mailed, 5-7 days)
