The 4-step listing flow

  1. Take photos. Up to 12 — phone camera works great. Drag to reorder. The first photo is your hero.
  2. Let AI auto-fill. We use computer vision to suggest title, category, condition, and a fair price based on Gig Harbor-area sales. You can edit anything.
  3. Set your pickup spot. Just the area (Gig Harbor — North, Fox Island, Key Peninsula, etc.) — exact address stays private until pickup is arranged.
  4. Publish. First-time sellers go through quick admin review (usually under 2 hours) before going live.

How payment works

When a buyer hits "Buy Now," Stripe holds the payment. After the pickup, the buyer has 48 hours to report a problem. Then we pay you out via Zelle, Venmo, or check (your choice). Most sellers see funds within 2 business days.

Fees

  • Listing fee: $0. Free to list.
  • Platform commission: 8% — only when your item sells. Cheaper than OfferUp (12.9%) and Mercari (10%).
  • Stripe processing: ~3% — paid by buyer as part of secure checkout.

Example: list a $200 sofa, sells for $200, you keep $184. We keep $16 to fund moderation, customer support, and the lights.

Tips for selling fast

  • Take photos in natural light — outside or near a window.
  • Show every angle, including any flaws. Honesty sells.
  • Price 5–10% above what you'll actually take — leave room to negotiate.
  • Respond to messages within 2 hours. Faster = more sales.
  • Mark sold immediately when it sells — it builds your seller reputation.
